Hi,

I literally just opened my last package from Asos. I instagramed the pictures of what I ordered, and thought it would be great to share with you guys πŸ™‚

I didn’t get much, just a couple of items:

Image

How cute is this little ring πŸ™‚ I love it! It has little crystals and two gold-tone spikes. Also it’s not a single ring, it’s a set of two small rings, that you can wear separately, or together. I got this ring on sale for only $7!

If you are wondering about my nails, they re short again and I don’t know whether to be happy or sad about it… Anyways, they’ll grow back again soon. And yes, I have a new nailpolish from Sally Hansen Salon Manicure. This beautiful dark burgundy/purple, almost black color, is called ‘Pat on the Black 660’. I think it’s very similar to Essie’s ‘Wicked’. What do you guys think?

Image

Okay, let me just say that I NEVER buy the same things in different colors, except for basic tees (you can’t have too many of those, right), but the moment I saw these beauties, I knew I was going to get more than one pair! Asos offers them in green, champagne, white, coral, blue (remind me a lot of Anna Dello Russo’s collection for H&M) and clear ones. And they are all gorgeus!!!! As you can see I got them in green and champagne, because I think the green ones will accentuate my green eyes, and the champagne wil look cute on anyone with warm skin tone. I must say that white, coral and blue ones will look fabulous on girls with deeper skintones. As for the earings with clear stones, they are not exactly clear, as they have blue, green and pink undertones to them. Very pretty!

As always the quality and design of Asos jewellery is amazing! I got each pair for $14.

Also, I wanted to inform you guys that Asos has a new promo code. 25% off discount for 48 hours. Just enter code HAPPYJAN at checkout. Isn’t that great! πŸ™‚

Hope you guys enjoy the promo code πŸ˜‰

Hi guys,

Yep, I got some new stuff from Asos. Everyone knows how obsessed I am with Asos) I’ve been shopping there for almost five years by know. They have lovely highstreet brands there and also they have free international delivery with no minimum spend! πŸ™‚

For a couple of years now, I’ve been into UK highstreet barnds. I find that British people not only have sexy accent, but amazing and unique sense of style as well))

That’s is why shopping is not quite fun for me without checking out such stores as Topshop, Asos (they only have online version) and River Island.

At Asos they offer many Uk brands, that sometimes are very good deals. However, I find that purchasing US brands from Asos is not reasonable – prices are too high most of the time.

Anyways, I almost forgot why I started this post (as usually))))hehe

This time I purchased three items.

Image

These dogtooth print jeans from River Island I got on sale. The photo is from asos.com if you are wondering.

I find that no other jeans fit me so well as River Island and Mango jeans do. So whenever I want to purchase jeans online I get them from RI (my size is 6) or Mango (I wear 32). They always fit me perfectly.

These lovely pants have gorgeous dogtooth print and they are so soft! Very good quality!

Next thing I got, is this sweater from Oh My Love:

Image

The sweater was also on sale and they only had one item in stock, so i grabbed it the minute I saw it. I loved the color, shoulder detailing and the fabric – it was said it is 100% cotton! I mean it’s such a trouble to find knitwear without polyester these days 😦

Moving to the part, when I got it, I was really excited first. Then I realised it was NOT at all cotton! But it definitely wasn’t fault of Asos team. The tag of this jumper said 100% cotton, but I can tell it was a big lie. I have a couple of cotton sweaters from Mango and they all feel so much different. Plus, when I tried this burgundy sweater on, my hair started acting crazy -it became really frizzy!!!

Another disappointment about this sweater – it was sweaty… Sorry for this kinda details, I know how gross it may sound. It was obvious, someone purchased it, wore it a couple of times, then put the tag back on and returned it to Asos (what kinda person would do that?!?!). That’s why they had only one sweater in stock. My first thought was to send it back. But then I thought, the jumper was really nice for the price, no matter the fabric. So I washed it. Properly. Several times in a row))

After all I am happy I kept it, but this is definitely the last time I am buying something from Oh My Love brand. It’s not nice to lie about the fabric!

And finally the last piece I got from Asos:

Image

May I just say that Asos jewelery is soooooooo unbearably cute πŸ™‚

This lovely little skull stretchy bracelet was originally only $14. And I love the packaging too.

Image

This is how I style it. I am so obsessed with gold, that’s probably because I am Muslim and Muslim girls love everything gold and sparkly))))haha

I love this oversized watch from Paul’s Boutique and I wear it most of the time. I lam obsessed with the combo of this watch with this spikey and skull bracelets, both from Asos.

The sweater I am wearing on this photo is from Topshop, the acid wash jeans are from Lee.

This is the photo I posted on Instagram the day I got my parcel. Overall, I am satisfied with the items I got. If you are wondering about the price, the order was around $100, but because they had 20% off discount code that day, I only payed $80 for this package, which I think is a very good deal.

What do you guys think about online shopping? What are your favourite online stores?

Hello everyone,

First of all I wanted to remind you guys that the giveaway is closing up on January 25th, so hurry if you want to enter. You still have a chance to win!!! The rules are easy – follow me on Instagram, follow, comment and like this blog.

So the winner is going to get some of my all-time favourite beauty products:

Image

The winner gets bronzer, blush, mascara, lipstick in peachy-pink color, brow gel – all from Vivienne Sabo, which is an amazing French makeup brand. Also eyeshadow and highlighter/eyeshadow from Sephora and Rimmel’s Kate lipstick in nude color.

On weekend I am going to announce the lucky winner. And the giveaway is international btw

Also I wanted to mention, that one of the reasons I haven’t posted for a while is because I’ve been pretty busy with my photoshoot. I was not only a model, but I also did my hair and makeup, which I am super excited about:)

So yesterday the photographer contacted me saying the first photo was ready!

Image

I was a bit nervous because it was my first real photoshoot, but it all turned out to be so much fun!!!

The makeup I used: Rimmel’s Stay Matte foundation, Maybelline Affinitone concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, for my brows I used color ‘Tease’ from Urban Decay’s Naked2 palette, Vivienne Sabo’s Coup De Genie Eyebrow pencil in 001 to create a perfect arch and Fixateur Eyebrow gel also from Vivienne Sabo.

For my eyes I used: ‘Bootycall’ from Naked2 palette on my brow bone and in the inner corner of my eyes, as well as a little bit of ‘Verve’. On my lids I put ‘YDK’ and ‘Snakebite’. I usually use more of ‘Half Baked’ and ‘Chopper’, but this time I wanted a more drammatic look, so I used darker shades. For my outer corner of the eye I used ‘Busted’, which is a gorgeous shimmery dark brown color. For my crease I used a beautiful burgundy-ish color (if you can say that, it’s a shimmery mixture of burgundy, purple and brown) from Vivienne Sabo’s eyeshadow quad in 66. Instead of an eyeliner I used ‘Blackout’ from Naked2.

On my lower lash line I applied Maybelline’s Master Smoky shadow-pencil in ‘Smoky Chocolate’ and a little bit of ‘Busted’ on top of that. For my waterline I used a cheap 1$ white pencil, you can basically use any one you like, mine is from Golden Rose. I don’t use white pencils too much, but because I didn’t manage to get a good sleep before the photoshoot, I had to apply it. As for the mascara, I used, ‘Diva’s Lashes’ from Pupa.

Next step – bronzer. I used ‘Voyage en Provance’ from Vivienne Sabo (the same one I got for the giveaway). It’s not too shimmery, not orange at all. It makes my skin really soft and smells amazing. Then goes blush, mine also from Vivienne Sabo ‘Teinte Delicate’ in 12 (the winner gets one too).

Also a highlighter for the inner corners of my eyes, cupid’s bow and cheek bones. I used ‘Mineralize Skinfinish’ in soft and gentle from Mac. And to set my makeup I used Urban Decay’s De Slick setting spray because my skin is oily. But if you have dry to normal skin, you probably can skip that part.

Okay, for my lips I used a cheap nude pink pencil from Flormar, my favourite lipstick ever ‘Charme de Vous’ in 112 from Vivienne Sabo (the lucky winner gets it too) and on top of that I used the best lipgloss ever ‘Precious Pink Jewels’ from Sephora. It makes my lipstick last for good 3-4 hours, is not sticky at all! Very lightweight on my lips, smells great and has a perfect applicator.

That’s it for my makeup πŸ™‚ I know, it might sound complicated, but it isn’t. It took me around 35 minutes to do it.

For my hair I used my curling wand from Babyliss. I love it so much!

On my nails I got ‘Xtreme Wear’ nailpolish in ‘Black Out’ from Sally Hansen.

For my outfit (the part of it you can see on the photo), I am wearing a basic black tee from Zara, black leather jacket from Religion, my earrings are no-name, they are from a local store, my watch is from Paul’s Boutique (love it to death))) and my both bracelets are from Asos.

Hope u guys like it πŸ™‚

I don’t have enough words to express how much I love this gorgeous Paul’s Boutique handbag. It has crystal, dollar and crown print on it. And obviously, this charm is super adorable. But this is just a small preview – I am going to talk about this beauty and other clothing and accessories I got lately (some of them were my B-day presents) in my next post.

But today I woud like to show you pictures of my recent makeup purchases.

Image

OMG you guys) this nailpolish from Sally Hansen (it’s in color 05 Be-Jeweled btw) is the best glittery thing I have ever had. It looks like diamonds/cosmic print to me. I love how edgy it looks on my short nails. I applied one coat of Rimmel’s Blackout, then I put one coat of this glittery SH product. But the next day i thought, I’d try putting third coat. First, I wasn’t sure, it would dry, because i had so much nailpolish on my nails but it did, and pretty fast too. Anyway I totally recommend this product coz it looks good, stays long on my nails and damn those glitters are amazing))

Image

Okay the color of this lipstick is just sick! I loved it from the moment I saw it at Asos. In life it looks even better, the color is more vibrant. I mostly wear beige lippies so this is something I’m not used to. This Barry M lip product (it’s in color 100 Baby Pink) has gorgeous packaging too. But what I didn’t like was the smell – it reminds me of school coz it smells like chalk to me. Weird, right)) Another thing, I wasn’t happy about is the fact that the lippie is soooooo dry. I mean I am definitely more used to more creamy and moisturising lip products. So yeah, if you’re someone like me, you’d better purchase a good lip balm if you’ve decided to buy this lipstick.

Hope, this post was useful and fun to read)

xoxo

The dress has awesome golden spikesΒ  on the shoulders, which I’m really obsessed with. Looks really unique, I think. Love stuff that is feminine but edgy at the same time.

Image

For my shoes I was wearing my leopard booties, also from ASOS (love this brand)). They are not only cute, but unexpectedly comfy too.

Image

My favourite clutch from Aldo. Soooo versatile!

Image

As for my arm candy, I was wearing my amazing Paul’s Boutique watch, which I’ve been wearing pretty much everyday, since I got it. On my nails I have one of my favourite nail polishes ever – 762 Plum Attraction by Revlon.

Guess who this is? My GORGEOUS mum=)

Sooooo pretty!!! And I love her dress.
