I don’t have enough words to express my obsession with this cute little bag from Oasis. I recently did a post on this bag and two other, but it’s just amazing. And goes with so many outfits. It’s out of stock at House of Fraser (where I originally got it), but you can buy it at Asos or your local Oasis.
The boots are from River Island (check out my previous posts). Wore them the first time today and they are not only stylish but extremely comfy, too.

And yep, I fed swans today. This is a very relaxing thing to do btw. These majestic and beautiful creatures are simply mesmerising.

Hello ladies,

I just realized I haven’t been posting about my monthly favourites for a while now, so I want to share with you my March favourites. These bad boys I have been using a lot during the month of March.

ImageI

I would like to start with Glorious Mud facial mask by Beauty Formulas. I love BF products – they are good for my skin, they don’t break me out and they are very affordable. And this mask is not an exception Β – it leaves my skin soft, deeply cleaned, poreless and matte. It’s perfect if you have oily or acne-prone skin. Mine is oily, so I use this stuff once or twice a week and my skin loves it.

Another favourite of mine is Nivea lip balm in ‘Milk & Honey’. I told you guys that my skin is oily. But there is one dry patch on my face – my lips. If your lips also tend to get chapped a lot, definitely try this balm – it’s VERY moisturising, smells lovely and costs approximately $2!

Before moving towards my makeup favourites, I would like to mention a fabulous product that is just in between. Yeap, I am talking about Garnier roll-on concealer for the under eye area. It’s the best concealer for covering up dark circles, also it moisturises the tender skin so well. I am definitely going to repurchase that as soon as I run out of it. It’s like a good concealer and an eye cream in one bottle!

Also, I would like to mention Β Volume Millions Lashes Excess Mascara by L’oreal. I’ve been using it a lot in March. I am very pleased with the quality and the brush. You can do any look with it – it can make your lashes look very natural, or if you put more coats, you get a more dramatic took, which I love. Like any other L’oreal Mascara, this one is very good.

And finally, my Maybelline Color Tattoos cream eyeshadows. I got these in summer and I used them a lot. But recently I started using them again as an eyeshadow base. These babies really make my Naked2 palette pop. If I do an everyday look, I would use the golden Color Tattoo eyshadow (sorry, don’t remember the name), but if I am doing a smokey eye, I would sweep the bronzy color all over my lid and then apply something like ‘Busted’ or ‘Snakebite’ from Naked2.

So yeah, these are my March favourites.

xoxo

Hi guys!

Let me start by saying that spring is the season women are usually most excited about. Since the winter is over (FINALLY!!!!!) we can now wear dresses, shorts, skirts, bold blazers and don’t forget about accessories! Honestly, I am so happy to hide all the winter itchy sweaters that make my hair crazy frizzzzzzy πŸ™‚

Okay, so what are the spring essentials? Obviously, cute florals, pastels and brights are always in during the spring time! You can never go wrong with a nice dress with floral print, or a bold bright blazer, or a nice peachy pastel shirt.

The short floral dress and earrings are from Asos, pastel lilac bag is from Paul’s Boutique, the blazer is by Mango, color-block pink & green dress is by Love

Don’t be afraid to mix bright colors! You can add more than one bright color to your outfit.

So, apart from all-time-spring-favourites like pastels, brights and florals, what are the spring 2013 trends?

Black &white patterns are HUUUUUUUUUGEEEE this spring!!! You can see monochrome prints on dresses, blazers, shorts, jeans, bags and what not! My personal favourites are maxi dresses with black & white patterns.

The short dress- Asos, both maxis are by Love, the suit and the necklace are from Topshop

As you can see there are so many paterns, hence hundreds of ways to combine black and white and it will never look boring. I think it’s very elegant too. It’s very simple and chic at the same time.

Next, I would like to mention cut-out clothing. Mainly tops and dresses. I love peekaboo dresses, they look so flirty and springy.

The yellow maxi dress – Asos, the midi dress, the lime dress and the crop top are from Oh My Love, the navy & blue dress is by Asos

Another trend of this spring – bold stripes. They are everywhere, even on handbags! Very casual and chic.

Satchel – Topshop, suit is by Mango, dress – Rare

As you can see, stripes are very versatile and look great with bright colors and denim.

The dress is from Only.

For accessories, they are definitely statement and noticeble. Think big and chunky when picking a new necklace or bracelet. Also don’t forget about a pair of new OMG sunglasses!

Earrings, sunglasses, necklace – Asos

Overall, I would definitely recommend investing in blacks & whites and good jewellery. You will look sophisticated and trendy wearing them, plus you can always keep them for the next season.

And finally shoes. We have plenty to chose from – brights, studs & spikes, gold, cut-outs, straps, buckles, neutrals, etc.

All shoes are from Topshop

My next post is going to be about spring makeup.

Hope you guys enjoyed,

Hugs & kisses

Wood, leather and spikes

My friend took this photo yesterday. I went away for just a couple of minutes, and when I was back she showed me this picture (it’s my chair and my jacket). I think it’s brilliant! Very raw and emotional, don’t you think?

Hi ladies!!!

I am sorry for not posting for a while. Frankly speaking, I wasn’t quite in a mood to blog 😦

But today, since the spring is finally here, I wanted to do a quick post about a couple of items.

ImageIMG_3497

My aunt gave me this lovely necklace a couple of weeks ago and I love it soooooooo much!!!!! It’s fab! I love the combo of gold, crystals, spikes and black detailing. Although it looks like a statement necklace, it’s really versatile. I am sure I am going to wear it a lot during the spring time. It looks gorgeous with jumpers, shirts (luv it with my denim shirt so much), loose t-shirts and dresses.

Another item, I wanted to tell you guys, is the new L’oreal mascara. The moment I saw the commercial with amazing and talented Eva Longoria, I new I had to have that mascara πŸ™‚

Wait, have I mentioned I got the coolest grandma ever?)) She gave me this mascara and a new L’oreal eye liner (I am not sure if it just came out, I just haven’t seen it before). I haven’t told her anything, she just somehow knew I wanted it. Apparently, my makeup obsession is not a secret to anyone lol πŸ™‚

Image

Image

I really like the mascara – the quality, the brush, just everything about it is amazing. However I don’t see how it’s better than all the other L’oreal mascaras. They are all perfect to me. BTW I seem to be the only person, who hates Maybelline mascaras, especially falsies! I know, so many people love it. I guess it just didn’t work for me. So I am definitely more a L’oreal mascara person.

Image

The eye liner is fine. I mean I am not a huge fan of it’s tip/brush, whatever you like to call it. I think it should beΒ  thinner. Anyway, I always use a separate brush to apply my eyeliner, so it’s fine with me.

Have you guys tried any of these products? What do you think? What’s your favourite mascara, eyeliner?

Hugs&kisses

Hi guys,

Yep, I got some new stuff from Asos. Everyone knows how obsessed I am with Asos) I’ve been shopping there for almost five years by know. They have lovely highstreet brands there and also they have free international delivery with no minimum spend! πŸ™‚

For a couple of years now, I’ve been into UK highstreet barnds. I find that British people not only have sexy accent, but amazing and unique sense of style as well))

That’s is why shopping is not quite fun for me without checking out such stores as Topshop, Asos (they only have online version) and River Island.

At Asos they offer many Uk brands, that sometimes are very good deals. However, I find that purchasing US brands from Asos is not reasonable – prices are too high most of the time.

Anyways, I almost forgot why I started this post (as usually))))hehe

This time I purchased three items.

Image

These dogtooth print jeans from River Island I got on sale. The photo is from asos.com if you are wondering.

I find that no other jeans fit me so well as River Island and Mango jeans do. So whenever I want to purchase jeans online I get them from RI (my size is 6) or Mango (I wear 32). They always fit me perfectly.

These lovely pants have gorgeous dogtooth print and they are so soft! Very good quality!

Next thing I got, is this sweater from Oh My Love:

Image

The sweater was also on sale and they only had one item in stock, so i grabbed it the minute I saw it. I loved the color, shoulder detailing and the fabric – it was said it is 100% cotton! I mean it’s such a trouble to find knitwear without polyester these days 😦

Moving to the part, when I got it, I was really excited first. Then I realised it was NOT at all cotton! But it definitely wasn’t fault of Asos team. The tag of this jumper said 100% cotton, but I can tell it was a big lie. I have a couple of cotton sweaters from Mango and they all feel so much different. Plus, when I tried this burgundy sweater on, my hair started acting crazy -it became really frizzy!!!

Another disappointment about this sweater – it was sweaty… Sorry for this kinda details, I know how gross it may sound. It was obvious, someone purchased it, wore it a couple of times, then put the tag back on and returned it to Asos (what kinda person would do that?!?!). That’s why they had only one sweater in stock. My first thought was to send it back. But then I thought, the jumper was really nice for the price, no matter the fabric. So I washed it. Properly. Several times in a row))

After all I am happy I kept it, but this is definitely the last time I am buying something from Oh My Love brand. It’s not nice to lie about the fabric!

And finally the last piece I got from Asos:

Image

May I just say that Asos jewelery is soooooooo unbearably cute πŸ™‚

This lovely little skull stretchy bracelet was originally only $14. And I love the packaging too.

Image

This is how I style it. I am so obsessed with gold, that’s probably because I am Muslim and Muslim girls love everything gold and sparkly))))haha

I love this oversized watch from Paul’s Boutique and I wear it most of the time. I lam obsessed with the combo of this watch with this spikey and skull bracelets, both from Asos.

The sweater I am wearing on this photo is from Topshop, the acid wash jeans are from Lee.

Image

This is the photo I posted on Instagram the day I got my parcel. Overall, I am satisfied with the items I got. If you are wondering about the price, the order was around $100, but because they had 20% off discount code that day, I only payed $80 for this package, which I think is a very good deal.

What do you guys think about online shopping? What are your favourite online stores?

Hugs

Hello everyone,

First of all I wanted to remind you guys that the giveaway is closing up on January 25th, so hurry if you want to enter. You still have a chance to win!!! The rules are easy – follow me on Instagram, follow, comment and like this blog.

So the winner is going to get some of my all-time favourite beauty products:

Image

The winner gets bronzer, blush, mascara, lipstick in peachy-pink color, brow gel – all from Vivienne Sabo, which is an amazing French makeup brand. Also eyeshadow and highlighter/eyeshadow from Sephora and Rimmel’s Kate lipstick in nude color.

On weekend I am going to announce the lucky winner. And the giveaway is international btw

Also I wanted to mention, that one of the reasons I haven’t posted for a while is because I’ve been pretty busy with my photoshoot. I was not only a model, but I also did my hair and makeup, which I am super excited about:)

So yesterday the photographer contacted me saying the first photo was ready!

Image

I was a bit nervous because it was my first real photoshoot, but it all turned out to be so much fun!!!

The makeup I used: Rimmel’s Stay Matte foundation, Maybelline Affinitone concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, for my brows I used color ‘Tease’ from Urban Decay’s Naked2 palette, Vivienne Sabo’s Coup De Genie Eyebrow pencil in 001 to create a perfect arch and Fixateur Eyebrow gel also from Vivienne Sabo.

For my eyes I used: ‘Bootycall’ from Naked2 palette on my brow bone and in the inner corner of my eyes, as well as a little bit of ‘Verve’. On my lids I put ‘YDK’ and ‘Snakebite’. I usually use more of ‘Half Baked’ and ‘Chopper’, but this time I wanted a more drammatic look, so I used darker shades. For my outer corner of the eye I used ‘Busted’, which is a gorgeous shimmery dark brown color. For my crease I used a beautiful burgundy-ish color (if you can say that, it’s a shimmery mixture of burgundy, purple and brown) from Vivienne Sabo’s eyeshadow quad in 66. Instead of an eyeliner I used ‘Blackout’ from Naked2.

On my lower lash line I applied Maybelline’s Master Smoky shadow-pencil in ‘Smoky Chocolate’ and a little bit of ‘Busted’ on top of that. For my waterline I used a cheap 1$ white pencil, you can basically use any one you like, mine is from Golden Rose. I don’t use white pencils too much, but because I didn’t manage to get a good sleep before the photoshoot, I had to apply it. As for the mascara, I used, ‘Diva’s Lashes’ from Pupa.

Next step – bronzer. I used ‘Voyage en Provance’ from Vivienne Sabo (the same one I got for the giveaway). It’s not too shimmery, not orange at all. It makes my skin really soft and smells amazing. Then goes blush, mine also from Vivienne Sabo ‘Teinte Delicate’ in 12 (the winner gets one too).

Also a highlighter for the inner corners of my eyes, cupid’s bow and cheek bones. I used ‘Mineralize Skinfinish’ in soft and gentle from Mac. And to set my makeup I used Urban Decay’s De Slick setting spray because my skin is oily. But if you have dry to normal skin, you probably can skip that part.

Okay, for my lips I used a cheap nude pink pencil from Flormar, my favourite lipstick ever ‘Charme de Vous’ in 112 from Vivienne Sabo (the lucky winner gets it too) and on top of that I used the best lipgloss ever ‘Precious Pink Jewels’ from Sephora. It makes my lipstick last for good 3-4 hours, is not sticky at all! Very lightweight on my lips, smells great and has a perfect applicator.

That’s it for my makeup πŸ™‚ I know, it might sound complicated, but it isn’t. It took me around 35 minutes to do it.

For my hair I used my curling wand from Babyliss. I love it so much!

On my nails I got ‘Xtreme Wear’ nailpolish in ‘Black Out’ from Sally Hansen.

For my outfit (the part of it you can see on the photo), I am wearing a basic black tee from Zara, black leather jacket from Religion, my earrings are no-name, they are from a local store, my watch is from Paul’s Boutique (love it to death))) and my both bracelets are from Asos.

Hope u guys like it πŸ™‚
