Casual Summer Outfits

Since it’s really hot outside I prefer wearing more casual clothing. I try not to buy stuff made from polyester, because my hair gets crazy and fabrics like this don’t ‘breathe’.
Starting from my first outfit – it’s a super cute and VERY comfy dress from Primark. This doesn’t even have any cons, pros only:) It’s made from lightweight denim, has lovely cutouts, is not too short, and costs only $25. I’ve worn it a lot this summer and I absolutely love it.
Next – just a simple look with my Accessorize sunnies, bershka leather bag, H&M tee and Mango denim shorts. I love these shorts because they have cute golden studs plus Mango bottoms always fit me perfectly.
And finally the last one – simple black tee from Zara and my skirt I got from H&M a year ago, but I still love the gorgeous print on it. The quality of it is amazing for just $20.

What are your favourite outfits for summer?

If I ever have to choose only one product from my makeup collection, it will probably be my Vivienne Sabo bronzer (or my Garnier concealer:)

I’ve been using this stuff for a year already. I first got it because I loved the packaging, plus it’s a drugstore product and costs only $8. When I first applied it, I knew it was perfect consistency, shade, smell, just everything. It has very pretty and subtle shimmer to it and it NEVER breaks me out. Also I love how it makes my skin super soft! Just overall it’s the best bronzer I’ve used!

However, a couple of weeks ago when I went to Watson’s,I found that Vivienne Sabo came up with new bronzers, which I immediately wanted to get.

It turned out, it was the same bronzer, just different packaging, which I think is super cute. I use it every time I do my makeup because it gives a very nice sunkissed look without looking orange or too shimmery.

However, if you are looking for a bronzer to contour your face, I recommend getting a darker one without any shimmer, try chocolate Bronzer from Bourjois or Laguna bronzer by Nars.

Favourite Mascaras

It’s been a week since my Grandpa passed away, so I’m trying to go back to my normal life and working makes it slightly easier. I was looking through my makeup bag today and thought, I never payed enough attention to my favourite mascaras. I’ve been using these two for a while now. I find they are perfect for anyone! The first one – Cabaret mascara by Vivienne Sabo has a smaller brush, gives a more natural look. The second one – by L’oreal is definitely for those who aim for a more dramatic look. But they are both fabulous!!! I usually do one coat of Cabaret on my upper lashes and then, after it dries a bit, apply two coats of L’oreal. And for my lower lashes I put two coats of Cabaret.
So if you are looking for a great drugstore mascara, I do recommend trying these babes!

Leopard Suit from Mango

Just wanted to post this photo of my favourite suit. It’s was quite unexpected for me to get something this mature/classy/sophisticated. I haven’t owned pants like this for quite a while – I used to by jeans instead for more than 5 years! But when I saw the jacket, I immediately wanted pants too. First of all, I love Mango jackets! They fit really nicely and look more expensive than they actually are. Second, although this suit looks pretty bold because of the print, there many ways of styling it.I love pairing this suit with a simple white or black tee underneath and some heels. For accessories/jewellery I would add a chunky watch, statement necklace and a gorgeous clutch bag. P.S. You can see my favourite Aldo shoes on the background, I love them to death:)

I love this casual look! I went out with a friend to grab some coffee, so wanted something comfy but still quite nice. I am wearing my leather sandals from Warehouse, my acid wash jeans are from Lee, the floral shirt is from Topshop, watch Paul’s Boutique and my brown leather bag is from Bershka. Especially I love this shirt – the fabric is so light-weight and so loose.
Hope you guys enjoy my little outfit of the day post 🙂

Favourite Red Nailpolish

I’ve been looking for a perfect blood red nail polish for a while. Some are too bright, but this one from Max Factor (European Version of Cover Girl) is fantastic! It’s in color 110 Red Passion. The product is VERY opaque, VERY glossy, dries well and stays on for up to 6 days. Definitely getting some more shades of Max Factor nail polishes!

Best BB Cream for Combination/Oily Skin

Having tried sooooooo many BB creams during spring and summer time, I finally found the one that fits my skin best. Garnier BB cream Miracle Skin Perfector for combination/oily skin is great for you if you try to mattify your skin and get rid of oilyness and shine. It doesn’t break me out, has very nice buildable formula, just overall a very good product for a reasonable prise. Wish it came in more than 2 shades though. I got both light and medium, since my skin used to be really pale, now I mix both shades, and hopefully in a week I am going to use medium only 🙂
