So these couple of days I’ve been enjoying my junk food and watching my new favourite TV Show. And OMG I’m really obssesed with it!!!!! If you enjoyed ‘the Tudors’ and ‘the Borgias’, you are definitely gonna like this one
It’s called ‘Magnificent Century’ and it’s about the life of the Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, traditions of the Ottoman Empire and Muslim world of that time. This Turkish TV series also shows us women living in harem, their never-ending struggle for Sultan’s love and attention. As my Turkish is pretty horrible, I watch it with English subtitles. I do recommend it because it’s very entertaining and also because it’s historical, you can learn something new.
For those of you guys who are not yet convinced to watch this amazing TV Show :
Let’s face it, Turkish actor/model Burak Ozcivit is reason enough to start watching it right now)) Best history class ever 😉
